Selected students can see their allocated college by logging in to the official portal and opening the Selection menu. Results are also sent by SMS to the mobile number used in the application.

Selected Students' Merit List — 16 Sep 2026
- Published at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 on the portal and via SMS.16 Sep 2026, 8:00 PM
- Each student is placed in exactly one college based on GPA, marks, preference order and quota.
- View your placement on the portal under the "Selection" menu.
- Selected students must confirm by 8:00 PM on 18 September 2026 by paying BDT 340.18 Sep 2026
How Merit Order Is Determined
Under the XI Class Admission Policy 2026-2027, merit is computed from SSC results, college seat capacity, applicant preferences and quota eligibility. There is no admission test.
- Primary ranking: SSC GPA — higher GPA gets priority.
- Same GPA tie-break: total marks obtained. Madrasah, Technical and BOU marks are equalized.
- Science group: if total marks also tie — General Math + Higher Math/Biology, then English, Physics, Chemistry.
- Humanities & Business: English, then Math, then Bangla marks in order.
- Cross-group applicants: total marks first, then English → Math → Bangla.
- School & College priority: own students get first right in their same group, then remaining seats open to outsiders.
How Seats & Quotas Are Filled
- 93% open merit — filled purely on GPA and marks in preference order.
- 5% Freedom Fighter quota and 2% Education quota filled from eligible applicants; if none qualify, those seats revert to open merit.
- Own institution students (school-and-college) get first right in their same group; only the remaining seats open to outsiders.
- You are placed in the highest-ranked choice on your list where your merit position earns a seat.
What If You're Not Selected?
The 2026-2027 policy runs a single application and merit process — there are no multiple phases or migration rounds announced.
- Each board publishes its own schedule by notification (প্রজ্ঞাপন); watch xiclassadmission.gov.bd and your board website for any further notice.
- Keep your EDU ID, PIN and payment receipt safe in case a later round is announced.
- Check that your SSC result, board and group shown on the portal are correct; contact your board quickly if not.
How to Check XI Class Admission Result 2026-2027
Check your merit list result online on the official portal or by SMS — and know what to do if the site is busy.
Check on the Official Portal
- Visit xiclassadmission.gov.bd after 8:00 PM on 16 Sep 2026.
- Log in with your EDU ID (or SSC roll details) and PIN.
- Open "Selection" from the sidebar menu.
- See your allocated college, shift, version and group.
- If selected, go straight to confirmation and pay BDT 340.
Get the Result by SMS
Selected students also receive their result on the mobile number given in the application. To request it from any Teletalk number, type:
- XI — keyword, then a space.
- Board — first 3 letters (DHA, RAJ, COM, JES, CHI, BAR, SYL, DIN, MYM, MAD, TEC).
- SSC roll and passing year, separated by spaces.
Site Busy or PIN Lost?
- The portal is very busy right after 8:00 PM — try again after some time instead of refreshing repeatedly.
- The portal has daily maintenance from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Forgot your PIN? Use "Forgot PIN" on the login page — the new PIN comes by SMS (check the Spam folder).
- Still stuck? Contact your education board or the helpline.
XI Admission Result - Check Online
Enter your EDU ID and password, then click Login to open the official XI Class admission portal and view your selection.
Where to find your result
- Click Login — the official portal opens in a pop-up window.
- Sign in on the portal with your EDU ID and password / PIN.
- Open "Selection" from the sidebar to see your allocated college.
- If selected, confirm your seat by paying BDT 340 before 8:00 PM, 19 Sep 2026.

Find the status shown on your portal and follow the next step for it.
A seat has been allocated
- Your college, shift, version and group are shown under Selection.
- The seat is not yours yet — you must confirm it.
- Pay BDT 340 before 8:00 PM, 18 Sep 2026.
Your seat is locked
- The confirmation fee has been received.
- Print the confirmation slip from the portal.
- Report to your college on 20 – 22 Sep 2026.
No seat in your choices
- Your merit position did not reach a seat in any of your college choices.
- Watch the portal and your education board for any further notice.
- Keep your EDU ID and PIN safe.
Selection & application cancelled
- Happens when a selected student misses the confirmation deadline.
- Also happens after a voluntary cancellation — you cannot re-apply this session.
Selection Confirmation (নিশ্চায়ন)
A selected seat only stays yours if you confirm it in time. Here is the fee, how to pay and the rules.
How to Confirm Your Selection
- Log in to xiclassadmission.gov.bd with your EDU ID and PIN.
- Open "Selection" and check your allocated college, shift, version and group.
- Pay BDT 340 (board registration + confirmation fee) via bKash, Nagad or Rocket.
- Refresh the portal — your status should change to Confirmed.
- Download and print the confirmation slip for final admission.
Paying the Confirmation Fee — bKash, Nagad, Rocket
- Select the confirmation / registration fee payment option when asked.
- Check that the amount shown is BDT 340 plus service charge before entering your PIN.
- Save the transaction ID and SMS receipt.
What Happens If You Don't Confirm?
- Miss the deadline (8:00 PM, 19 Sep 2026) → your selection and entire application are both cancelled.
- Confirm on time to keep your seat and proceed to college admission on 20 – 22 September.
- Paying the fee but not reporting to the college for admission can also cost you the seat.
Cancelling a Confirmed Selection
- Voluntary cancellation of confirmation is permanent.
- After cancelling, you cannot apply again anywhere in this admission session.
- The confirmation fee is not refunded.
Final College Admission 2026-2027
Visit your allocated college in person on 20 – 22 September 2026, verify your documents, pay the college fee and start HSC classes.
Report to Your College & Complete Enrollment
After confirmation closes, each college downloads its confirmed student list from the portal and displays it on the notice board. You must visit the college in person.

- Pay the college session & admission fee and collect a proper receipt.

College Session & Admission Fee Ceilings
MPO institutions (Bangla & English version, same rate):
- Dhaka Metropolitan: up to BDT 5,000.
- Metropolitan (outside Dhaka): up to BDT 3,000.
- District: up to BDT 2,000.
- Upazila / Mofussil: up to BDT 1,500.
Non-MPO / Partial-MPO (Bangla / English version):
- Dhaka Metropolitan: BDT 7,500 / 8,500.
- Metropolitan (outside Dhaka): BDT 5,000 / 6,000.
- District: BDT 3,000 / 4,000.
- Upazila / Mofussil: BDT 2,500 / 3,000.
What the College Checks
- Your name, roll and board match the confirmed student list.
- SSC marksheet / certificate matches the result used for merit.
- Quota certificates for anyone selected under Freedom Fighter or Education quota.
- Confirmation slip proving the BDT 340 payment.
Changing College, Group or Subject Later
- College, group and subject changes are possible later with board permission and the required fee.
- Moving into the Science group after admission is not allowed.
- A Science student who moves to another group cannot return to Science.

Your selection and entire application are cancelled. There is no separate late-confirmation window in the 2026-2027 schedule.

Yes, but voluntary cancellation is permanent — you cannot re-apply anywhere in this session and the fee is not refunded.
Printed application copy, confirmation slip, SSC marksheet & certificate (original), registration card, testimonial / transfer certificate, 4 passport photos and a parent's NID photocopy. Quota and foreign-board students need their extra certificates. Use the checklist above.
It depends on the college type and area. MPO colleges may charge up to BDT 5,000 in Dhaka Metropolitan and as little as BDT 1,500 in upazilas; Non-MPO ceilings are higher. No college may charge above the approved ceiling, and every payment needs a receipt.
Classes for the 2026-2027 session start on Wednesday, 23 September 2026.
Changes are possible later with board permission and the required fee, but you cannot move into the Science group after admission.
